Welcoming Fall Wines + Cheese at Cedar & Spokes

Fall is coming — which means cozy sweaters, colorful leaves, comforting spices and bigger, bolder food and drinks! It’s our favorite season at Gilbert's Cheese Experience, and we’re excited to kick it off with our friends at Cedar & Spokes Coffee & Bar.

Led by Brian Gilbert, head cheesemonger at Beecher's Handmade Cheese, and culinary storyteller Holly Regan, Gilbert's Cheese Experience is a cheese-pairing pop-up that connects consumers with local producers. You'll learn how your food and drinks are made, meet the people who make them and go on an interactive tasting journey.

We’re welcoming Cedar & Spokes' new fall wines by pairing three selections with three artisan cheeses. We'll briefly explain the cheesemaking process, teach you what terroir is, show you how to taste — and then we'll dive into the pairings! No pumpkin spice lattés here (unless you show up early and order one from Cedar & Spokes... in which case, we totally have pumpkin spice lattés).

This is a fun, interactive event where you can ask questions, experience new flavors and mingle with people who love food and drinks. Each ticket includes:

  • Three (3) samples of Cedar & Spokes' new fall wines

  • Three (3) carefully curated selections of artisan cheese.

  • An assortment of snacks to enjoy throughout the event.
